General Booking Terms

These General Booking Terms (hereinafter, the General Terms) govern the commercial relationship arising between Alina Babayan Sargsyan and the user or customer through bookings made using the forms that Alina Babayan Sargsyan provides on alinababayan.com.

Booking through Alina Babayan Sargsyan's websites constitutes the customer's or user's express acceptance of these terms, as well as the terms of use governing navigation of the pages owned by Alina Babayan Sargsyan.

These terms apply without prejudice to any applicable legal provisions governing each case.

The General Terms and Conditions govern the distance-selling relationship between Alina Babayan Sargsyan and the user or customer in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Spanish Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Terms and Conditions; Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users; Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data; Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade; and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Alina Babayan Sargsyan reserves the right to make any changes considered appropriate to the General Terms without prior notice. Such changes may be made through the websites by any means permitted by law and will remain binding while published online and until validly replaced by subsequent terms. However, Alina Babayan Sargsyan reserves the right, when considered appropriate, to apply Specific Terms and Conditions in preference to these General Terms in particular cases, provided they are announced in due time and form.

Terms and conditions for our regular courses

Start and duration

Courses run for 11 months, from the beginning of September until the end of July.
You can enrol at any time, even after the course has started.

Membership and payments

Membership renews automatically each month or quarter, including at the start of the next course, and remains active until the student requests cancellation.
September and July are paid monthly. The rest of the course can be paid monthly or quarterly.
Payment is collected by bank direct debit during the first week of each month, either monthly or quarterly.
If you will be absent for a month, you can keep your place by paying a €25 maintenance fee.
If you do not keep your place and wish to enrol again, you will need to pay a €50 registration fee.
To cancel your membership, notify us in writing at least 7 days before the next payment.
You can change your plan before the next payment period of your enrolment.
August is a holiday month and no payment is collected.

Bookings and make-up classes

Bookings can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the class starts.
Classes cancelled in time can be made up in another time slot during the same month.
Classes can only be made up while the enrolment is active.
Bookings and cancellations are managed through our app.
Please arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class.

End-of-course show

To take part, you must have been a student in the groups you will perform with for at least 3 months before the date of the show.
Urban Sports and Wellhub users may take part if they have booked regularly throughout the same period.
Each student may perform with a maximum of 3 groups.

Student benefits

Participation in the end-of-course show.
Free group rehearsals before the show.
Discounts on second activities and on our international festival, "Orientalísimo Weekend".
Free access to Orientalísimo Academy's online materials (for Oriental Dance students only).

Bookings through external portals and apps

Places are available to users of wellness portals and apps subject to availability.
Bookings are managed through the corresponding app or via WhatsApp if online booking is unavailable.
Each booking is for an individual class; a regular place is not guaranteed.
App users do not receive the student benefits listed above.

Recording during class

Recording devices may not be brought into class.
The school will record material when needed for educational purposes.
The teacher may only be recorded with her permission.
The school may record videos for the website and social media. Students' permission will always be requested beforehand.
